It feels like Siren just started, but believe it or not we are at the season 2 finale already.
Siren season 1 review
We only have 2 episodes of Siren left and they are gearing up to be pretty intense.
After what Calvin, Ben, Xander and Chris experienced on the boat with the attack Donna organized in the last episode of Siren, none of them are ever going to be the same again, especially Xander who lost his father to a merman.
After destroying their food sources, the government has their siren lures in the water and they are ready to start dragging the ocean to capture as many of them as they can.
The government has removed the quotas on fishing in an attempt to capture more sirens and this time they are going to be ready for them!
The last episode of Siren felt a lot like a season 1 finale then the end of a mid season episode and that’s one of the many things we love about this show: It’s ability to continue to surprise us.
One of the things that we’ve really wanted to learn more about was Ryn’s sister Donna who’s being held at a military facility with Chris and tonight’s episode is giving us that chance.
There’s a murderous mermaid on the loose and everyone should be locking their doors. She’s lethal, she’s pissed off and at this point everyone’s to blame for taking her sister and killing off all of her ancestors.
After a brilliant first episode of Siren we are ready to jump back into the deep end and see what the second episode is going to bring us.
When we first heard about Siren over on Freeform we weren’t sure what to expect, but after watching the premiere we can assure you that this is not your typical mermaid story.
