NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2 spoilers: A possible death in Comic-Con trailer
While we know that it has been easy to pick on “Revolution” as a show over the past few years, there is definitely one thing that you cannot say about them now: That they are meek when it comes to dropping big shockers in their promotional material.
On Saturday, the NBC drama debuted its season 2 trailer at Comic-Con in San Diego, and it certainly looks as though there is quite a bit to look forward to … and also quite a bit to dread. For one, it appears as though at least one character could be meeting a pretty deadly fate, as Aaron is seen sprawled out on the ground and seemingly bleeding out. Could the show really do away with him? We are somewhat skeptical at the moment, thanks largely to the fact that it would be rather insane for the show to kill off one of their strongest characters in a trailer. (We figure this to be more of a red herring.)
With this being said, it does look like there is also quite a bit planned when it comes to pure action and entertainment this season, whether it be major fight scenes, betrayals, people running around in little clothing, and basically everything else that you would expect from a major action show. While you don’t get much of a sense of it in this trailer, there is also a change of setting from North Carolina to Austin, Texas.
More than anything else, we just hope that the show starts to find itself again when it comes to quality, rather than just drifting between pretty good and “meh.”
