‘American Idol’ champ Lee DeWyze announces album title ‘Frames,’ cover art

FramesIf you love Lee DeWyze, this is probably going to be the quintessential article for almost everything you need to know about his upcoming album. Thanks to a new press release from his label Vanguard Records, we know everything from the album title to the cover art, track listing, and even a list of upcoming dates.

Let’s start with a look at the cover itself: The title for the disc is “Frames,” and the cover could double as either a painting or a sweeping overhead from a movie. We don’t know who stranded the former “American Idol” champ in the middle of the desert, but they are going to have hell to pay when he finds his way out! Even the lettering and the colors work together perfectly, and the projection of the shadow works in a unique was as almost a second character within the art.

Now, let’s dive into the track listing. which contains a few songs that you may be familiar with if you have been to any of Lee’s shows over the past several months, along with his lead single “Silver Lining” that he performed on “American Idol” earlier this season. (That song impacts Triple-A radio on June 10.)
