‘The Bachelor’: Sean Lowe endorses Desiree Hartsock as next ‘Bachelorette’

DesireeJust in case it was not any more obvious that Desiree Hartsock is probably going to be the woman handing out roses pretty soon as “The Bachelorette,” all you have to do is hear what Sean Lowe himself had to say about her following the airing of “The Bachelor: The Women Tell All” special on Monday night.

In his People Magazine blog, the leading man had absolutely nothing negative to say at all about Desiree or the time that they spent together, and instead basically gave her the best recommendation that he possibly could that she was ready to hand out roses to some guys very soon:

“I wasn’t sure how my heart would react seeing Des for the first time since our tearful goodbye in Los Angeles. I doubted my decision the night I sent her home, and a part of me still thinks I should have taken her to Thailand. I was so happy she greeted me with a warm smile and told me it was good to see me. Although it didn’t work out with us, she’ll always have a place in my heart because she is such a lovable person. I know Des has moved on, and I’m hoping she gets a second chance at love – maybe on the next season of The Bachelorette? She would definitely get my vote.”

In between these comments, the amount of airtime that she received (whereas other contenders Lesley Murphy and Sarah Herron were a little more limited with Sean), and the overall line of questioning that she has from Chris Harrison, it seems to us that all Desiree has to do at this point is sign on the dotted line. She and Sarah are really the only two ladies with compelling stories, and based on the fact that she made it farther and is very popular with the show’s fans, this is a very logical and smart choice to follow up Sean.

Do you think that Desiree really is capable of being a good “Bachelorette”? If you want to check out a new tease for next week’s finale, all you have to do is visit the story over here.
