Blindspot season 4 episode 9 spoilers: The battle of Jane’s mind

Blindspot season 4

As we move into Blindspot season 4 episode 9 (airing on January 11), the biggest question to wonder is this: Is there a way to get Jane back? What needs to be done in order to make sure that this happens? Let’s just say that it’s not going to be easy…

As you likely know well already if you’ve been watching this season, we’re in a situation right now where Remi has total control. She’s figured out how to re-team with Shepherd and resume some of her plans that she had floating around in her head the last time that she was the alpha personality. Think before the days of Jane Doe. The problem that Remi faces is that Jane is still there; she hasn’t gone away, and we know that the folks over at the FBI are going to be willing to do more or less everything that they can in order to ensure that she comes back. Weller’s already shown personally that he’s willing to have a face-to-face violent confrontation with her!

Clearly, we’re in the midst of a challenging time for the FBI, but episode 9 is going to seemingly kick off right where the fall finale left off — with Remi and Weller squaring off in violent fashion. Presumably, they’ll both still be alive on the other side of that, and this is where the next priority comes into play — pitting Jane directly against Remi in hopes of seeing which one rises to the service. What we’re trying to tell you here is that this episode may be the most important one of the season; now only that, but it should also provide you with a rather-outstanding opportunity to see an awesome Jaimie Alexander performance.

For some more news as to what to expect, be sure to check out the official Blindspot season 4 episode 9 synopsis below:

The team’s desperate gambit to get Jane (Jaimie Alexander) back puts her head-to-head with Remi (Jaimie Alexander). Also starring Sullivan Stapleton as Kurt Weller, Rob Brown as Edgar Reade, Audrey Esparza as Tasha Zapata, Ashley Johnson as Patterson and Ennis Esmer as Rich DotCom. Guest starring Jennifer Van Dyck as Dr. Nancy Williams.

Could Jane be the alpha personality at the end of this episode? That’s a possibility that you have to consider … and it’s also one that we hope for. Given that the future of Blindspot beyond season 4 remains unclear, it’d be a shame if we didn’t get at least a little bit of time with Remi somewhere in there.
