Outlander season 4: Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, cast will have another NYCC appearance

For everyone out there who wants as much Outlander as possible this coming weekend, we come bearing some very-good news: There is another event for the cast at New York Comic-Con beyond the initial panel!

As first announced by Tara Bennett on Twitter, the cast is going to be at the Syfy Wire Live Stage this Saturday to go along with the official panel — the website’s page lists Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, Sophie Skelton, and Richard Rankin as appearing on the Live Stage starting at 11:15 Eastern time (8:15 on the West Coat). As always, these times are subject to change. This interview will be shorter than the official panel, which is scheduled for 5:00 later in the day.

It’s also worth noting that the website will offer up a live stream for these events this weekend, which is a rather-nice gift for everyone out there in attendance. It’s also a rather nice change from some other conventions who don’t allow said streaming. (It helps when the convention gets some sort of official partner on board to help.)

Of course, with this being said we wouldn’t expect a stream for the season 4 premiere episode in the event there is a surprise screening for it for fans at the official panel this weekend — just keep that in mind going into the weekend. In between these events coming up and also PaleyFest, we do think that there’s going to be a treasure-trove of Outlander riches coming up over the next several days — and we’re going to be the best source possible for much of it.
