Who is ready to get some of the first Lucifer season 4 casting news? We know that this one certainly has us excited!
While details at the moment are scarce, what we do know is this: Former Grimm actor Sasha Roiz has been cast for at least the premiere episode in the role of Deputy U.S. Marshal Luke Reynolds. How is this character connected to the others on the series? That is something that we’re going to have to wait and see, but we know that Lucifer has a rich tradition of giving many of its guest stars some excellent material to work with and we’ve got a good feeling that this episode will be no exception. It’s certainly possible that Reynolds is tracking a criminal and needs a little bit of help from Lucifer, Chloe, Dan, and some other characters.
If we have a vision in our head of how we’d like to see the Lucifer season 4 premiere go, it’s a little something like this: Lucifer and Chloe deal with the aftermath of the sudden revelations of the finale while also taking on a new case. One thing that we also don’t want to forget about here is the fact that Lucifer was far from the only person harboring a secret from Chloe, and there are other people she could also be pretty irate with at the moment. Ultimately, we just think that the distrust is what she will be angry about more so than learning about the devil face — Lucifer really didn’t lie to her about his personality. It’s the act of being lied to that is the biggest issue here.
So long as Lucifer continues to give us fantastic guest stars like Roiz, we’re going to feel all the more confident that we’ve got one of the best seasons yet coming — even if we have to wait for a while in order to see it.
