‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 7 preview: First look at ‘Girl Meets Rules’

Are you a little bit behind on “Girl Meets World” at the moment? If you are, we almost certainly understand. This is a show that decided to premiere last month with five shows in five nights, and if you are someone who spends their time watching a lot of other primetime programming, then you already know just how difficult it is to keep up with everything.

Hopefully, you set your DVR for some of those installments, given that we are now at the time of year when you may actually have a chance to catch up! One of the stories that you can look forward to next week is entitled “Girl Meets Rules,” and while it feels to us like there is a more nostalgic vibe this season with even more “Boy Meets World” cast members appearing than ever before, the synopsis below makes it feel this time as though we are getting a more traditional episode:

“Chaos erupts when the entire class gets detention. Meanwhile, Auggie’s friend, Ava, tries to be nicer to him when she thinks she’s losing him to another girl.”

It is probably fairly easy to determine in this case where some of the more traditional “lessons” for this show are going to come, given the fact that this is a story that will revolve in part around students being taught a lesson. Are there rules to friendship, as well? Maybe we will see some of that projected in Auggie, albeit in a rather innocent way.
