‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 summer finale spoilers: Boss on ‘who will die?’ questions

Tonight, the “Pretty Little Liars” summer finale will air on ABC Family, and this is going to be a big one. Just how big are we talking about here? Well, just expect whatever happens here to be something that leaves an impact for a long time.

This finale has been nicknamed the “Fatal Finale” for a reason: Someone is going to die, and the episode will even begin with a crime scene that the rest of the episode flashes back to. It will be a different way of telling the story than usual, and this entire tale will rock all of the characters in this story to their core. For some more on this subject, just take a look at what creator Marlene King said to Entertainment Weekly:

“Whenever a beloved character or a character that fans appreciate dies, it shakes our world, and the fallout of this death is really what the show is about for the next 13 episodes, including Christmas.”

While King would not say a whole lot on the subject of who for sure will be dying, she did add that whoever does pass away is a part of a story that has been in discussion ever since the midway point of the fourth season. In other words, there’s been some serious buildup here! We’ll just have to wait and see how fall our jaw falls onto the ground.
