‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2 spoilers: Sendhil Ramamurthy confirmed to return

Is anyone out there on Team Gabe? If nothing else, the presence of this character on “Beauty and the Beast” helped to make things a little bit exciting, and this is why we are pleased to confirm the following news: You are going to be seeing so much more of Sendhil Ramamurthy moving forward.

According to a report from TVLine, the former “Heroes” and “Covert Affairs” star has signed on to appear in multiple episode of the CW hit’s second season, meaning that we are going to have a chance to see Gabe live to see the light of day after that nasty fight at the end of last season. As for what he is going to be up to, we’re assuming that “recovery” is going to top the chain of events. Jay Ryan also tells the website that if he wants to get on Catherine and Vincent’s good side, he better get to work on it soon:

“Gabe has got a lot of making up to do, if he wants to get back in our good books.”

Ramamurthy’s re-appearance on the show is just one of many storylines that we’re keeping a close watch on when it comes to season 2, which has a far greater challenge in front of it than what the show had the first time around. These fans have to prove that they are loyal enough to stick around against the likes of “The Voice” and “Dancing with the Stars,” and this is a time slot that has been very cruel to shows on The CW in the past. Not only that, but there is no longer any support coming in following “The Vampire Diaries.”
