‘Dancing with the Stars 16’ spoilers: ‘The Bachelor’s’ Sean Lowe all but confirmed
You knew this was coming. After spending the past couple of weeks surrounded with rumors about whether or not he would be appearing on “Dancing with the Stars,” it is finally close to official: Sean Lowe will be following up “The Bachelor” with the hit ballroom competition, where he will be the twelfth competitor on the new season. Wetpaint has reported the news, and we also have sources on our hand more or less have said that this is a done deal. Sean has been preparing for this season for quite some time, with one of the hardest things for him being rehearsing in secret … even after so many other celebrities are getting to rehearse out in the open.
As for who Sean will dance with, his partner is none other than Peta Murgatroyd, who partnered recently with Gilles Marini and has also won the show with Donald Driver.
Ultimately, we wonder just how difficult a decision that this was for Sean to make, given that the last guy to do this was Jake Pavelka, and we all saw how quickly his relationship with Vienna Girardi fell apart only a brief period of time after “Dancing with the Stars” ended. However, Sean and his new fiancee Catherine Giudici seem to have a great relationship, and both of them also appear to be very much beloved by America. As for why Sean would sign up for this so soon, remember this: the guy’s not interested in being a celebrity, but the exposure helps his businesses, and the money that he gets from participating helps to set himself up for many years to come.
Do you think that Sean is going to do a particularly great job on “Dancing with the Stars” this season? If you want to see some more spotlight articles for the show this season, you can do so over at the link here.

it’s an interesting concept that Sean is doing this to distance himself from Catherine so they don’t end up doing something he has vowed not to do until marriage. I would say that the money and business exposure is more likely but at the same time, if I met my future husband on a reality TV show and I had to keep things quiet until all was revealed on national TV I would want to spend as much time as possible with him. Watching them in the After the Final Rose clip it seems like they really are in love and I’m happy for them. Hopefully going on DWTS won’t backfire on them like it has for others in the past.

Just knew Sean would be on DWTS. He needs to keep himself busy and not be around Catherine so much if they want to remain virtuous which is what they plan on doing. It makes it more difficult if you have too much time alone so DWTS takes Sean away from Catherine until the wedding and then they can love all they want to. It is just refreshing to see someone not planning on “living together” for a year to see if it works out……. Ridiculous. If you are meant to be together, it will work out.
Would have liked to have seen Lindsay the next Bachelorette, but Des is OK too as her heart was broken too, just hope her brother can keep his mouth shut now. I wonder if he will call his sister a “playgirl”.
