‘American Idol’ preview: Why Janelle Arthur, Zoanette Johnson will make top 10
Tuesday night’s new “American Idol” is promising to be a rather interesting one. Why? The top ten ladies are going to be hitting the stage, and for the first time we will finally have a chance to see what America genuinely thinks about them as performers.
The ladies are a special bunch, mostly because there are so many of them that could be worthy of actually making it through. As a matter of fact, we wouldn’t be too upset if the top ten was seven or eight women and only two or three guys. That’s not going to happen, though, so we instead face the challenge of trying to pick the lucky ladies who really are good enough to be a part of the next round of the show.
Angela “Angie” Miller – This was is a no-brainer. She’s the most-followed contestant on social media, and she also happens to be a fantastic singer that related well to the show’s devoted audience.
Candice Glover – Another strong singer, and a face familiar to voters from the past couple of years. However, we’re not sure she is the favorite to win that we once pegged her to be.
Kree Harrison – Our personal favorite. There is an outside chance that Kree doesn’t make it through, but we figure that the show will allow her to go late in the show in order to secure her place.
Janelle Arthur – She’s familiar to viewers thanks to the past few seasons, and she’s also the country vote. There are few things as constant in the world of “American Idol” as the support of country fans.
Zoanette Johnson – We love her, and anyone who wants to be entertained know that the show needs someone like her. She’s probably the worst singer of these five, but there is so much passion and energy that flows through her we are looking forward to her performance more than anyone else.
Who do you think is going to make it through to the next round out of the top ten women? Be sure to share your thoughts below, and you can read some more “American Idol” rankings by paying a visit over to the link here.
