’30 Rock’ series finale spoilers: Check out how Liz, Jenna plan to move forward

It really only hit us on last Thursday that “30 Rock” was going to be coming to an end after seven seasons; but now, we are having to prepare ourselves to say goodbye.

So is there a good way to really say goodbye to Liz Lemon and the rest of this cast? Not particularly; so instead, let’s just use the clips below as a way to fondly look back and everything great the show brought us over the years. There is irrelevant humor, TV production jokes, and most importantly references to what some of these people are going to do with their careers moving forward.

While Liz appears to be a stay-at-home mom now that TGS is pretty much over, Jenna Mulroney is plotting a move to Los Angeles in order to have a go at a movie career, Kenneth is settling into a position of power at NBC, and Tracy is having to figure out now what he is going to do now that he cannot boss around Kenneth anymore. The thing we like the most about these clips is that they do not give any sort of false pretense that everyone within the world of TGS is suddenly going to find a way to stick together and be friends. This is a very competitive field in which these people work in, and the opportunities to actually work with your friends diminish quickly after you leave a show that you worked on for many years together.
