‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 5 preview: Kenya Moore’s next move (video)

If there was one phrase we would use to describe the complete and utter trainwreck that happened on last week’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” season 5 episode, it would be merely this: a relationship meltdown, and quite possibly one over nothing. There was no real present conflict going on between Kenya Moore and her boyfriend Walter, but rather a major ordeal made out of the fact that she and her friends were pressuring him to propose, and he didn’t want to do it under such circumstances, even if he was in sunny Anguilla.

So what happens next after she ran off from the latest confrontation in tears? In the preview video below, you can see Kenya questioning Walter as to whether or not she is the right girl for him, and if she is “wife material.” Personally, we still think that all of this is getting blown out of proportion.

Is it possible that the producers probably asked so many questions about Kenya and Walter’s future that the proposal drama started to get in her head? Sure, and we also think that it is likely that one of the primary reasons he is objecting is because he doesn’t want to do it on-camera. It is hard enough to have just about every moment of your life documented on TV, and there are some things that you may still want to keep secret.

Hopefully, we are going to get some sort of formal conclusion to this proposal drama by the end of the episode, mostly because we don’t want this to be yet another classic “Real Housewives of Atlanta” storyline (see the Africa fights from last season) that drags out for several weeks longer than it is really necessarily. We’d much rather see us arrive at the end of this road, and then let Walter do whatever he wants to with the proposal in the future.
