‘Happy Endings’ spoiler: RuPaul guest stars as a hairdresser

RuPaul is a pretty busy guy these days with his fifth season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” starting up again soon, but the drag icon has made some time to guest star on ABC’s newest break through comedy “Happy Endings”.

A new report from TVLine reveals that RuPaul is set to appear in an episode of “Happy Endings” that will be airing in early 2013. What is really cool about this part is that RuPaul will not be guest starring as himself or as his drag alter ego RuPaul Charles, but will be playing the part of Alex and Jane’s hairdresser and things will get a little hairy when Max takes a seat at the salon.

On the next new episode of “Happy Endings”, Jane and Alex’s parents will be throwing a big bash to help celebrate their 20th year of the family business being a success and although it should be a big celebration for everyone, Jane will find herself agonizing over coming up with a funny toast to her parents. Alex will also be struggling as she tries to deal with the fact that she hasn’t told her parents that she and Dave are hooking up again.  Max will be on the hunt for a new best friend since Penny is too focused on her relationship with Pete.

A new episode of “Happy Endings” will be airing on Tuesday, December 11 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Will you be tuning in?
