Chicago Med season 5 fall finale promo: When Natalie remembers…
Yet, will it be too little, too late for her now? That’s something that the promo below makes us wonder, as Natalie seems ready to approach her former fiancé about what she remembers from way back when. The two were about to get together again — now, who knows? We recognize that there are a lot of feelings that are still there for Will on some level, but does he want to embrace them? Or, is he still frustrated by her saying that she wants him out of her life for good?
We do think that, if there is a chance the two get back together, it’s based mostly on this simple fact: There are some deep feelings that the two clearly have already. We do think that they could be on the road to getting back together, but it may be best to not draw any assumptions that it will happen during the fall finale itself. It could take some time, but let’s also be real here: There’s no real need to keep them apart forever. We’re in season 5 at this point and we’d like to see a good stretch of time with the two of them married and happy. They were close to that before and we like to think that they can get back to that again. We know that the will-they-or-won’t-they of it all is a good storytelling engine, but it only works for so long.
Also, it feels like there are plenty of other ‘ships on this show that can take on the will-they-or-won’t-they responsibility for a little while. (For those wondering, other pairings will have their own moment in the sun in the fall finale — it’s not all going to be about will and Natalie.)
