Hawaii Five-0 season 9 episode 2 video: Did Eddie eat the restaurant money?
If you remember back to the premiere episode, we learned about the highly-questionable idea to store away some of the restaurant money below ground. Why do this? Well, some of that just so happens to be the way that Kamekona likes to do business. Of course, part of the problem with doing this is that Steve has a dog in Eddie, and based on the sneak peek below, it’s possible that Eddie may have chowed down on some of it. Consider this the Five-0 version of “my dog ate my homework.”

So how is Danny feeling about this surprising update? As you would imagine, he is not handling it particularly well. To be specific, he’s fairly irate over it and doesn’t quite understand how in the world it got to this point where Eddie was allowed to eat some of the cash. He tries to blame Steve for not giving the dog proper mental stimulation; meanwhile, Steve blames Danny for not being around to dig the best hole possible. This is basically a classic Steve / Danny argument save for the fact that they are not in a car, and they have an active audience in Junior and Eddie who are present for most of it. (The best line of the whole scene goes to Junior, who makes it clear that mom and dad are fighting again.)
