Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Talk entering Veto Competition (day 46)

Kaycee

The Veto Competition is now officially underway in the Big Brother 20 house, and by and large, Tyler is in a decent spot entering it.

For those unaware, the Veto players are Head of Household Angela plus the nominees (Tyler and Rockstar) alongside Scottie, Brett, and Kaycee, who was chosen by the Hacker Comp winner to compete. There has been a ton of speculation in the house as to why the hacker chose her, but really we think the simple answer is that they wanted to pick someone who didn’t have a high chance of winning (Kaycee hasn’t done well in these so far) and also someone who wouldn’t throw suspicion on who they are. This was a reasonably smart move for them to make, especially if the Haleigh rumors are true. She may know there’s a chance Tyler won’t go home this week and she doesn’t want to run the risk of exposing her game, or her allies, for the sake of the move now. She may have to just be okay with losing someone like Bayleigh if the chips fall in the direction of Tyler staying. (Bayleigh is the likely replacement nominee, though Scottie and Haleigh have been discussed at least as Hacker possibilities.)

We should point out here that Scottie, despite being saved via the Hacker Comp, is not immune — he can still be put on the block and sent home.

There was a little bit of sheer nuttiness from Tyler earlier today, as he contemplated coming up with some elaborate scheme to convince people that Rockstar and Scottie are related in the event that he doesn’t get what he wants out of the Veto. It feels like there are a dozen or so better ideas Tyler can come up with than this, so we hope that he considers some of those more. The better argument for him to make to Scottie and Faysal especially is that if he goes, suddenly they move up a rung as some of the most-threatening guys in the house.

Once the results of the Veto are in, you can check them out over at the link here.
