If Code Black season 4 happens somewhere, series boss has an idea
We feel like we’ve already aired out some of our own personal grievances when it comes to the subject, including the fact that the show is performing much better than many others have this summer. Unfortunately, none of that seems to matter. CBS are the folks with the capability for making a decision on that and for now, it appears as though the decision is sticking.
Yet, if CBS does decide to un-cancel the series or if another network picks it up, there is still a way to push the story forward — even if season 3 ends in a way that can function as a series finale (which seems to be the case). Speaking on this subject to TVInsider, series boss Michael Seitzman has the following to say on the subject:
“I do have another idea for Season 4 and a lot of it has to do with what happens [in the finale of] Season 3.”
Seitzman also noted in the interview that much of the rest of season 3 was set up, at least in part, by some of what happened at the end of this past episode. While there are some case-of-the-week components to this show, be prepared for there to be some continuous stories that play out for all of these characters along the way. We are building to a powerful conclusion, and hopefully one that will satisfy no matter what the final verdict on the series is.
