Suits season 8 key art all about playing your cards right
This new key art was first shared by new cast member Katherine Heigl on Twitter, and we have to say that by and large, it’s pretty darn cool. Not only is it colorful and creative, but we do think that there is an element of strategy that comes with both playing cards and being a lawyer. it’s a fairly analogous comparison, at least more so than we often see with many key arts for some other shows. It’s a job that requires you to bluff at times to get what you want.
All metaphors aside, we do like the fact that every cast member, whether they be new or old, is properly represented and all on a level feeling field. It establishes the group as a family of sorts, even though it is probably going to be a dysfunctional and highly volatile one moving into the season. It has been reported that Heigl’s character of Samantha Wheeler is very ambitious and driven to the point where she is not afraid of burning people on her road to personal success. Everyone else, as we already know, is competitive.
The two newly-promoted cast members as seen in this key art are Dule Hill as Alex Williams and then also Amanda Schull as Katrina Bennett, This is actually one of the first times that we have seen Katrina in any of the promotional material for Suits season 8so far. She hasn’t had too much of a presence in the promos that have been released.
