NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 18 video: The South America mission

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 18

Leading into NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 18 airing on CBS Tuesday night, we now have a sneak preview that does at least a good job of setting the table for this upcoming episode’s particular sense of place.

In the video below, you can see Pride and the rest of the team heading down to South America in order to uncover some key evidence … including some that could prove rather integral in resolving an important case. Along the way, though, you are going to see the entire team face a little bit of surprising danger. This is a tough case for the team — they’re not on their home turf anymore, and this is a show that does spend the vast majority of its time pretty centrally located. This is an ambitious case for the team but if they don’t work together to the fullest, it’s very well possible that there could be some disastrous results.

Hopefully, this episode at least sets the stage for a big run of stories that is coming up, including what is going to be the final one for Shalita Grant as a series regular. We hope that there will still be some opportunities in order to see Sonja Percy down the line, but it’s probably a little bit early to speculate on that. For now, what we do know is this: We’ve got a great story on our hands Tuesday. It’s best to just focus on one thing at a time, and hope for the time being that most of these characters do find a way to emerge the chaos in the jungle. (This is an episode entitled “Welcome to the Jungle” for a pretty clear reason — signaling some of the danger that is going to be happening there.
