Gotham season 4 episode 17 spoilers: The Riddler’s game-show experience

Gotham season 4 episode 17

Just in case you wanted to see Gotham crossed over with a game show, there is a good chance you’re going to see that on season 4 episode 17. This episode carries with it the title of “Mandatory Brunch Meeting” and at the center of this story seems to be something that is a little bit different than anything that we’ve seen on the show before.

The Gotham season 4 episode 17 synopsis below gives you a good sense as to what is coming up next:

Gordon and Bullock try to stay one step ahead as Jerome (guest star Cameron Monaghan) zeros in on his next target. Meanwhile, Nygma hosts a riddle game show in the Narrows and faces his toughest challenger in Lee Thompkins, and Penguin goes to see Butch with a proposal in the all-new “A Dark Knight: Mandatory Brunch Meeting” episode.

For starters, “Mandatory Brunch Meeting” sounds like something that your aunt makes you do as opposed to an episode of the show. The Nygma game show to us is the most-fascinating part of this story, largely because of the sole fact that he has already begun his transformation (again) to the Riddler. We’ve already seen some of those elements of the character rise back to the surface. With that being said, it feels like there is a reasonably good chance that the Riddler will be fully-formed again by the time we make it to this installment.

As for everything else taking place in Gotham season 4 episode 17, it is starting to appear as though Jerome has formulated what his next plan is going to be at around this time — not only that, but he’s getting set to act on it. When we last saw the character it was pretty darn clear that he could escape Arkham whenever he wanted but just decided to but its time.
