Reign season 4 episode 15 spoilers: Fear of death abounds

To call Reign season 4 episode 15 significant would not be doing it justice in the slightest. After all, “Blood in the Water” is the last before the series finale! This episode will set into motion key events that could put the life of Mary in jeopardy, while also endangering those who are closer to her and bringing her closer than ever to a battle with Queen Elizabeth. At this point, there’s no room for filler or moving the story around in circles. Next week’s episode is going to be almost non-stop drama, as endgames will be set it up and everything prepared for the decisions that will shape the entire future of England, Scotland, and many other countries to go along with them.

Reign season 4 episode 15 synopsis – “Childbirth threatens to take Mary’s (Adelaide Kane) life, which leaves her and her unborn child’s safety in jeopardy. Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten) discovers that someone in her inner circle was the cause of the death of someone close to her.”

The right thing to do right now seems to be keeping this article focused mostly on the story that is here in the now, but it’s hard when you do remember that the series finale is not all THAT far in the future. One of the big things that is worth noting about that episode is that it carries with it the title of “All It Cost Her…,” and it will focus on the end of at least one chapter of Mary’s life. While she did stay alive for a while after being stripped of her throne, that doesn’t mean that there is all that much to focus on there. This show is going to conclude in a way that is probably chaotic and not altogether happy — nonetheless, the legacy of Mary will still be maintained through history.

As for the promo below… It focuses on Mary’s deliver, but rest assured that there is so much more going on within this episode.
