‘Arrow’ season 5 spoilers: When will Vigilante first surface?
Sure, Vigilante may not be the most creative name for a comic-book character, but we have a feeling that he may prove himself to be rather entertaining nonetheless on “Arrow” later this season. It’s a chance to see the evolution of our District Attorney Adrian Chase into something more, and we’re starting to get to the point where it would make sense for him to consider such a transformation in the first place. Earlier on in the series, it would have been a little bit harder to pull this off.
As for when you are going to see this story play out, think along the lines of the upcoming November 16 episode fittingly entitled “Vigilante.” We don’t often share synopses this far in advance, but for several different reasons this one is too great to ignore:
“When the bodies of two criminals are dropped at SCPD, Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes there is a new Vigilante in Star City. The team is split about whether they should stop someone who is helping keep the city safe. Diggle (David Ramsey) is frustrated with his new situation and Thea (Willa Holland) fights for Lance (Paul Blackthorne) who confesses a shocking secret. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver finally sits down with Konstantin Kovar (guest star Dolph Lundgren).”
Seeing Lundgren on the show is going to be all sorts of incredible. He’s a genre icon, and the rare sort of person who the majority of the internet out there idolizes in some shape or form. We imagine that getting him on board this show, no matter how long the appearance is, will prove itself to be very much entertaining and then some.
As for Vigilante, we shall wait and see if he eventually becomes a part of the new Team Arrow. We know that Oliver’s had no problem taking on a few new recruits here and there.

Dolph Lundgren seriously should play Deathstroke in the next Batman movie.

I know they already cast Joe Manganiello, but maybe Dolph could play his dad?
