‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 13 spoilers: Owen’s adventures in babysitting

Given that “Adventures in Babysitting” (the original) may be one of the more underrated movies out there, isn’t there something rather entertaining about at least thinking about Dr. Owen Hunt from “Grey’s Anatomy” pulling this off for a day? Given that he once wanted to have children with Cristina, even to a point that it was a breaking point in their marriage, he should be capable of handling it. However, let’s just say that things turn out a little differently than he expects.

What we’ve got for you below now are some of the first details from the upcoming October 20 episode entitled “Both Sides Now,” a title that makes us think more of “Outlander” than any other show. (If you watch the Starz series, odds are you understand.) The synopsis below offers up a little more insight into what to expect:

“Meredith and Bailey are at odds when both of their patients need a liver transplant, Owen seeks help from the other doctors when he is charged with babysitting baby Harriet for the day, and Amelia struggles with telling Owen some important news.”

While there is clearly some emotional stuff coming in here, especially when it comes to what’s happening between Meredith and Bailey (two very strong women with very clear opinions), we’re glad that there is a little bit of humor in here as well. we’re sure that the honeymoon stage is ending now for Owen and Amelia, as most relationships never stay immune from drama for very long; we’re just happy that it lasted as long as it did, given that if any characters out there need a break, it’s probably them.
