‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: On James, Natalie, and continued speech nonsense
This summer, one of the larger themes of “Big Brother” has been calling out Nicole. In some ways, it’s fun since every single time she responds to it in the same exact way: By saying that she “didn’t do anything” and that everyone is attacking her for no reason.
As a result of all of this, James and Natalie have spent a significant amount of time this afternoon with him pontificating on the right way to go after her, provided of course that he chooses to do so at all. At one point he wanted to apparently put a Big Meech on her, but Natalie has convinced him to not do that and take the “high road” with them.
In general, the funniest thing about all of this is that whether it is intentional or not, Natalie seems fine to have James fall on his sword for her. He’s talked about playing the Veto on her, she subtly threw him under the bus to Victor / Paul earlier in explaining how his moves got them into this mess, and she certainly hasn’t disagreed with the various mistakes that he has made in the game. The irony is that she probably actually does need James to publicly call out Corey and Nicole to have a shot at staying if she is not removed off the block; they want to get rid of her over James, being that they’ve never really been that close to her in the first place.
As we’ve said for the past 24 hours, the real winners in all of this are Paul and Victor given that James and Natalie seem more than fine to crown them as victors (pun intended) just because they’re so angry at what Corey and Nicole have done.
