‘Mr. Robot’ season 2 spoilers: Deciphering more upcoming stories

The second season of “Mr. Robot” has certainly continued many mysteries wrapped within enigmas, but we’d say that for the most part, relationships have been the key to the story. Elliot’s relationship with Mr. Robot was put under a microscope for the majority of this past episode, and we’d argue that by the end of it there was at least something closer to resolution between the two. We’re not quite sure that we can claim that they are on the same page, but Elliot understands more of his use.

Meanwhile, we saw the extent of the Angela – Darlene collaborations, and while their infiltration yielded some success, it also led to Angela having to answer to Dom.

For the sake of this article, let’s take a brief look at some upcoming episodes … and decipher in the process what some of USA’s intentionally-vague synopses could mean.

2×08, “eps2.6_succ3ss0r.p12” (August 24) – “fsociety releases a video. darlene acts on a desire from long ago. trenton and mobley smh.”

In this episode, we could have a deep dive into all things fsociety, given that we are going to see more of Trenton and Mobley presumably. Given that there is that “smh” there, at the same time we have to wonder if someone’s none too pleased with what they have been up to.

2×09, “eps2.7_init_5.fve” (August 31) – “angela wants more from evil corp than they want to give her. unsure if dark army is working w/ or against them, elliot and darlene seek answers. the truth is out there.”

We’re living for the “X-Files” reference. Also, we’re wondering if this could be the end of the road for Angela with E Corp, and if Elliot is going to be in a good enough place to actually team up with someone else.
