‘Girl Meets World’ season 3 spoilers: We’re visiting an infamous location…

We knew that “Girl Meets World” season 3 would contain a lot of drama (hey, that comes with character development), but who knew that they would be bringing up some traumatic memories of “Boy Meets World” seasons past?

As some super-fans for the show may know already, there is going to be an upcoming episode of the show set around a ski lodge; heck, it could last into several episodes depending on how the story progresses. What we didn’t quite put together until seeing the photo below via Rider Strong is that we were talking about this ski lodge in the Mount Sun Lodge. This is where Cory famously cheated on Topanga on the original show.

Now that we’ve said this, we do think that there is a very important question that needs to be raised: Why in the world are we going to have these characters visiting this place, out of all of the places you could visit? It seems very odd to bring characters to a place that has so much trauma in your past, provided that it is Cory or Topanga who makes this decision.

On a more positive note, it’s nice to see Strong continued to be involved in this show, whether it be by acting or directing. We like that so many stars of the original show continue to be involved here in some sort of behind-the-scenes role. It adds to the authenticity.
