NBC’s ‘The Voice’ iTunes results: Adam Wakefield, Alisan Porter, Hannah Huston in dead heat
Sometimes, we look to iTunes results on “The Voice” as a way to make the picture a little bit clearer; however, this is not something that we can really do this time around. Upon looking at the latest results leading into Tuesday’s finale, though, the field is not really made much clearer.
The one person we can probably go ahead and eliminate is Laith Al-Saadi. He had a nice run, but he is the only one of the final four who doesn’t have two songs in the top two. Everyone else has some sort of edge on him there, and this is without even mentioning that he needed the Save in order to even make it as far as he had this season.
As for the other three, it’s really heard to take anything away from the results. Sure, Adam Wakefield may be at #1 with “Lonesome Broken and Blue,” but his second song is down at #9. Meanwhile, Hannah Huston is at #3 and #7, while Alisan Porter is at #4 and #5. These could all end up averaging out, though Hannah’s surge is probably the biggest surprise since she at one point didn’t look like a serious rival. She does have the best original song of the group, so that counts for something!
Of course, what could make the difference here is the internet vote. While Blake Shelton’s team typically gets a huge asset from people at home, a certain post from Kim Kardashian could end up turning the tide.
If you remember, back in season 1 everyone considered a tweet from Justin Bieber one of the biggest assets to Team Adam and Javier Colon’s win.
