‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 7 spoilers: Sam, Callen go undercover as firefighters
While you’re not going to see a crossover with “NCIS: Los Angeles” and “Chicago Fire” anytime soon, we may have the next best thing for fans of the former show who also happen to love firefighters: The photo above! This is from the upcoming April 25 installment entitled “Where There’s Smoke…,” which also happens to be the penultimate installment of the season. Despite whatever you may think upon looking at this, though, there’s one thing that you should know: There is not any sort of career change coming up for Sam and Callen.
Rather (and as the synopsis below indicates), what you are really going to be seeing in this episode is a case of these two characters going undercover, where they will be working to ensure some valuable intel in the midst of a dangerous scene:
“Sam and Callen go undercover as firefighters when top secret information about suspected terrorists is stolen from a secure Department of Defense container at the site of a fire.”
For those of you who love “NCIS: Los Angeles” when it is a little more case-heavy rather than relationship-heavy, it feels like this story will be right up your alley. There’s no real mention of anyone other than Sam and Callen, and while we’re sure that they will be involved, it feels at least fairly clear to us at the moment who is at the center of this story.
Given that we’re still a ways from this installment airing, we imagine we’ll have some more news in due time. Stay tuned!
