‘Suits’ season 6: Premiere date speculation and more for USA drama

Tonight, we are reaching the end of “Suits” season 5, but as many of you more than likely know already, this is hardly the end of the road for the series as a whole. The show has already been renewed for a sixth season, which is more than likely going to look and feel very different from anything that we saw tonight.

We’re going to be talking more about the future of the show content-wise in some other articles, so for the sake of this one, let’s focus more so on something tangible: A potential return date. At the moment, our feeling is that the show will be back on the air in late June, given that the fifth season officially started on June 24. Given that USA more than likely will want to pair the show again with “Mr. Robot,” there’s no other good time to bring the show back.

So long as we are going on with assumption that there are sixteen episodes, there is more than likely going to be two batches once again. The second half of the season, more than likely, is going to be starting off in the new year. As for the future beyond that, who knows? It seems a little bit like a mistake to speculate on things that are so far down the road.

The one thing that we know with confidence here is that this show definitely has its work cut out for it trying to match the pure insanity that we saw over the course of the past six episodes. This has been stellar, so how in the world do you top this?
