‘Mistresses’ season 4 spoilers: ‘The Game’ alum Tia Mowry signs up

The upcoming fourth season of “Mistresses” is slated to have quite a few interesting developments. For one, be prepared to see Harry’s sister in a larger role, and with the series moving its setting back to Los Angeles, we imagine that the show will at least try to take advantage of the scenery a little bit more than they have.

What we’ve got for you now is at least some of the latest news when it comes to guest casting. According to a report from Deadline, Tia Mowry of “The Game” fame is going to recur as Barbara, a smart, quick-witted literary agent who ends up signing the character of Karen. There’s not a whole lot else known about this part, but given what little we do know at the moment, it may be fair to say that she will have a significant role to play throughout the upcoming run of episodes.

Of course, it has to be said that for the time being, we remain a little fixated on the cliffhanger from last season, which featured the character of Joss in grave danger as the murder of Luca was finally resolved. Will she be able to emerge from that in one piece? For the time being we’re fairly optimistic, though you do have to wonder if there will be some psychological trauma that remains … or what could be coming up in the future between her and Harry.
