‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: See Jubilee Sharpe, Ben Higgins’ date! (video)

On Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelor,” Jubilee Sharpe is going to get a chance to do something that we were not sure she would have a chance to do going into this season: Go on a one-on-one date with none other than our leading man Ben Higgins.

So is this date going to go well? We’re feeling pretty good about her getting a rose at the end of it, but at the same time we’re a little concerned about the chemistry between the two based on the sneak peek below. We get the sense that Jubilee is really nervous and out of her element, especially when tasting what appears to be a wide array of really fancy spa food. She’s not too much of a fan of caviar it seems; instead, she’s much more into having hot dogs. We get that as a regular hot dog connoisseur ourselves.

The good news about this date is that what we could be seeing is from the early portion of it. There are so many other examples that we’ve seen from this franchise over the years of dates that get off to a less-than-memorable start, but eventually do manage to get going as they start to become more comfortable. The great news for Jubilee is that this is an all-day thing, and there will be opportunities for her to enjoy this more.
