Is ‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 13 new tonight on CBS? See Walter O’Brien’s big chill

First things first, let’s start this “Scorpion” article with the not-so-great news: There is not a new episode coming to CBS Monday night. The network is going to make you wait for a little while longer to see what is coming up around the bend, but on Monday, January 4 that will be over, and you’ll get to see an installment like no other in “White Out.”

While the new photo above of Elyes Gabel as Walter O’Brien may not give it away completely, we’re going to see the team head to one of the most dangerous locations possible in Antarctica, where they have to try to contend with a rescue mission in the middle of impossible conditions. Lives will hang in the balance, and Walter looks here like he is just a few moments away from freezing completely.

Also in this episode, you can expect to see quite a few other developments, including potentially a dangerous mission for Toby when he and Happy start to become separated. In the wake of what happened at the end of the first half of the season these two may be closer than ever to being in a strong position, but what happens if that gets suddenly ripped apart? We’re going to have an opportunity to find out and then some.

Given that we are still a pretty significant stretch of time away from the next new episode airing, we feel pretty confident in saying that this is far from the only tease we’re going to be presenting in the days ahead.
