‘Quantico’ spoilers: Is there any person you can rule out?

The first season of “Quantico” has so far certainly been an insane thrill ride and then some, showing you what is in one way a show about agents-in-training, but then at the same time a political thriller and whodunnit. We’re not sure which side of the story we enjoy the most so far, but we’ve found it compelling and different from most of the fall schedule. In an age where almost everything is a remake, revival, or adaptation of some sort, it is nice to see something original and compelling.

At the moment, the central mystery of the show is all about trying to figure out the answer to what is effectively a simple question: Who is responsible for the attack on New York City, the one that Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) is being accused of doing? At the moment, the show’s executive producer Josh Safran is being very coy on the subject.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Safran is effectively not ruling anyone out, and claims that there are even more recruits that you are going to meet over time:

“The truth of the matter is they’re all suspects. It’s important to note that you’ll meet other NATs as the season progresses. We look at it much like​ Lost in that you’re meeting new people from different rows of the plane as the series progresses, so you’re meeting new trainees, and the trainees are just as much suspects as anyone you meet in the pilot.”

We’re all for meeting new people on the show, as long as they more or less meet two unique sets of criteria:

1. They manage to be completely unique.

2. Their presence does not take away from people we already know. We do not want to see the show start to become overstuffed in any capacity.
