‘Shark Tank’ season 7 premiere will feature Ashton Kutcher
It has already been revealed that Ashton Kutcher will be a part of the upcoming seventh season of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” and now, we’ve got some other great news to go along with that: He will be a part of the very first episode to air later this month.
ABC has announced that Kutcher will be on the September 25 episode, where he will be joining Mark Cuban, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O’Leary, and Lori Greiner. He is filling the spot that is typically occupied by either Daymond John or Barbara Corcoran, which is a little bit different than with guest sharks in the past. Previously, Nick Woodman and others stepped in for Herjavec; maybe this is just a one-time instance, or maybe Herjavec found himself more screen time thanks to “Dancing with the Stars.” Ashton should be a fun addition to the show, even in just a guest capacity; he’s obviously great for entertainment, but he’s been an investor for some time and has a smart business sense about him.
We’ll go ahead and give you the synopsis for this episode below, but know that we’re going to be getting much more in-depth into the featured products when we get closer to the premiere date:
“…A Dad from Wellington, FL has a better way to make baby’s feeding time easier with a device in which new father, Ashton Kutcher, may be especially interested; two men from Los Angeles, CA skate into the Tank with a new high-tech form of wearable transportation; a culinary student from Detroit, MI wants to bring old-fashioned drinking vinegars into the 21st century as a natural alternative to traditional sodas; and an identity theft and computer crimes expert from Sanford, FL has a solution to protect consumers from crowd-hack-attacks on credit and debit cards.”
All summer long, we’ve been revisiting old products previously featured on the show to see how they’ve fared since getting such a big opportunity to present themselves to both the sharks and the public.
