‘The Last Ship’ season 2, episode 6 preview: The new threats for Eric Dane, cast in ‘Long Day’s Journey’
Throughout the second season of “The Last Ship” so far, we’ve had a pretty great opportunity to check out a variety of stories related to the cure. Trying to keep it from being destroyed has been an enormous challenge, and now, so is stopping the Ramseys and some of the danger that they possess.
“Long Day’s Journey” is the episode that will be airing on TNT next week, and just as you would imagine, there are a pretty wide array of problems that Eric Dane’s Chandler and company is going to uncover. He has a territorial battle ahead for him, while Rachel is going to have an opportunity to work on establishing a new cure that Dr. Hunter once conceived. While there is hope here, there is at the same time patience that will be required in order to make saving the lives of others happen. Take a look at the synopsis below now:
“Hell bent on avenging the destruction of the labs, Chandler tracks the immunes to Northern Florida. Meanwhile, Rachel comes across a secret formula that her mentor, Dr. Hunter, had been perfecting before the Immunes murdered him. The formula holds the promise of mass producing and disturbing the cure, but is incomplete. Venturing further inland, Chandler’s team locates an Immune compound under the control of Sean and Ned. The Captain quickly realizes the Ramseys are not just leading the sub – they’re controlling Immune populations on land, making them a more terrifying foe than initially thought.”
By the time we make it to the end of the season, maybe Chandler will get the Ramseys under control, and allow some to get a little closer to happiness. That is not something easy to come by in this world.
