Oscars 2015: Where to watch, live stream red carpet pre-show
For movie buffs, tonight is your Super Bowl as the Oscars air on ABC. We’re admittedly not going to be giving you too much in-depth analysis on the movies nominated or the winners today, and that is mostly because we’re a TV site first and foremost. However, we will do what we can to further facilitate the discussion!
What we are doing in this article is ultimately rather simple: Doing our best to let you know just where you can catch the red-carpet pre-show! This is ultimately the big buildup to the awards, where most fashion fans will be watching extensively to see what their favorite movie stars tend to wear. Ultimately, it’s a celebration of opulence, fabrics, and most likely diamonds.
When does coverage of the red carpet begin? Despite their inane cameras for your nails and your shoes, E! is still the best destination for these sort of things, and their coverage actually began at 1:30 p.m. Eastern … seriously. More than six hours before the show actually started, there is already coverage. However, most of the bigger stars do not start to arrive until around 6:00 or so, so you have a little bit of time.
