‘The Walking Dead’ season 5, episode 11 spoilers: First Michael Cudlitz photo

Season 5 of “The Walking Dead” has at times moved rather slowly, but hopefully that is going to change to a certain extent with “The Distance.”

The first photo to the left of this article at least shows you that Abraham is going to have some sort of role in the story. Hopefully, it’s a big one. While we don’t think that the series is wasting the immense talent of Michael Cudlitz per se, we do think that there is so much more that can be done with him. Ever since he learned the truth about Eugene, we really haven’t seen that much of him. Hopefully, this episode will show us what his current emotional state is, and whether or not he is about to strangle Josh McDermitt’s character at any given moment.

More than anything else, we feel like the biggest thing Michael Cudlitz’s character needs is a mission. This is what got him out of his previous funk, and with that in mind, we feel like that is exactly what he needs in order to get himself in better shape all over again. What could the group give him? Maybe watching after newcomer Aaron would be a great task for him, mostly because this is the sort of thing he could really dive into, and there are few things that are more appropriate for him than intimidating someone physically.

Hopefully, we are going to have a better chance to explain what is coming up on “The Walking Dead” later this weekend, as we present he latest sneak peek from the episode.
