ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4, episode 11 preview: Return date for Emily VanCamp, cast
Tonight marked the final episode of “Revenge” for the winter, and we knew that there were going to be some crazy things that happened.
For the sake of this article, though, our goal here first and foremost here is trying to do one thing: Letting you know when the show is going to be returning to the air. The date you should know here is Sunday, January 4. That is when more episodes of the show are going to air, at least for a few weeks.
Ultimately, we see the series using a similar formula to what they used last year: There will be some new episodes of the show airing in January, and then, it will probably come back once again in March to finish up the season.
Hopefully, at somewhere along the road, the show will improve its ratings. It is in serious danger of cancellation, and we would worry about it right now if we were you.
The biggest challenge moving forward? Trying to figure out how in the world you follow something as shocking as the death of Daniel Grayson. This is one of the show’s biggest moves to date, and it is something that you have to think will have far-reaching implications. For one, don’t you think that Victoria is going to want to destroy Emily more than ever now that he is gone from the world, and she blames her for it?

If there is a series finale… and I hope ABC allows for it… I would love to see Victoria and Amanda wrestle, fight… to the finish and as they struggle with a gun they kill each other… and die in each others bloodied arms. :)

I agree this as with everything else is always
Victorias fault, why is David choosing to stay with Victoria once again. Kill the bitch. This might be why ratings are dropping. She is the most evil & untouchable. Unrealistic!
Please don’t cancel this show, karma & revenge are what real people live for.

Or – – – – – maybe Daniel didn’t really die, maybe he is still alive and they are staging the funeral to flush out Malcolm

I think that killing off Daniel was risky and a good idea. It’s something that will start the fire we’ll see in the second half like….that so-called villian Malcolm Black coming and I’m already excited about it ’cause they have teased a lot about him…seems to be a badass character…and the war between Amanda-Victoria-David about everything that happened, the funny and scary Louis is bringing her brother to the show….the only way to make this show better would be to bring back Charlotte…crazier than ever because Daniel died…to bring back Lydia…who I think i s great b*tch and could warm up the fire….acknowledging of Conrad’s death I think they should bring her back. If Conrad was alive….

I totally agree!!! this is the best show ever!!! My other favorite was “The Lying Game” BUT ABC cancelled that one so I’ll be really pissed if they cancel this one too!!! What’s the point of running a TV station if they are just going to cancel all their shows!!!

at this rate emily is going to die too. david clarke’s character is boring. they never should have killed conrad to bring him back. They also shouldn’t have killed Daniel, Kate’s death was enough to end the mid season. I was just beginning to like Daniel. They should have given Daniel a chance with Margaux

Don’t know where the show is going to go now!!? Conrad – dead. Daniel – dead. Charolette – in rehab. The only Grayson left for Emily to torture is Victoria. The show won’t be the same, it can’t be. Carl, Declan, Amanda, Conrad, Aiden, Daniel, Padma, Lydia, Pascal all killed off, Ashley banished from the Hamptons, and Charlotte in rehab for an undetermined period of time…. That’s more than a 50% turnover of main characters in less than 4 years! Unless there is a great storyline coming with some real charismatic characters I foresee the show declining in viewers… and I say that as an avid Revenge-er. Up to now it has been my number one “can’t miss” show of the week. I understand the need to kill off characters of this show but Revenge has lost so so many of the main characters (some loved, some hated) that I’m struggling to understand and embrace who is left.

Grrrrrr.. At first I was Aiden and Emily… He died.. Then I was so hoping Daniel and Emily would get back together, but all well.. I wish it was Margo or David who died instead. Their characters are annoying.

Victoria will now feel torn between David and Amanda, wherein David has clearly reconciled himself to take out Victoria. David will end up dead instead and it will be Amanda and Victoria into the series finale wherein they both are presumed to have both been killed in some incident where each was trying to off the other. Nolan and Jack will survive to tell the tale of Revenge to all who will listen. Charlotte & baby Carl will inherit gazillions from Amanda and live happily ever after. That’s it folks. The moral for Amanda (aka the show) – Before you embark on a course of revenge, you’d better dig two graves.

I want to see Victoria admit that her sons death is her fault! Victoria sent the crazy FBI agent after Emily so it’s karma that Daniel died!

The biggest mistake was killing off Daniel’s father and bringing back David Clark. I hated that Daniel had to be the one killed off. His character may have been redeemed, but, that only made me want Daniel to stay more. Daniel was the only real Grayson left! I truly hated this ending. I do not know if i will be back to watch, so disappointed.

I am so disappointed. Margo should died this could have been a great revenge story for Daniel to become a better Grayson. I was really starting to like him after last season. I am glad I am not the only one who feel this way.

I think it is great, the scenes were believeable and you felt the loss of the character! The actor stated last year he wanted to try new ventures and I feel this leaves a lot of directions to go into. I also hate the fact that we began to feel Daniel had a direction and was winning us over but I like that he was hero in the end! I was rooting for Emily & Daniel to reconcile but in the end it will be Jack & Emily! So well done on a graceful exit on a character we loved & hated! Thank you
