‘Arrow’ season 3 winter finale: Full trailer featuring Oliver Queen – Ra’s al Ghul showdown

There is little reason to feel anything other than tremendous excitement for the “Arrow” winter finale … or at least this is how we feel after watching the full trailer for “The Climb” below.

What we have here is basically a trailer that should appeal to a little bit of everything. If you are a big Oliver / Felicity ‘shipper, there is a nice moment in here that really features the two of them. Meanwhile, if you love Oliver being intense and kicking butt, there is some footage of that, as well! A shirtless Stephen Amell is seen facing off against Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable) at the end of the episode, though the paths to get us to that snow-topped peak are not entirely clear at this given moment.

However, what definitely is clear is that it appears as though Oliver is getting set to wage war with the League of Assassins, and Sara Lance’s death is probably at the center of it. As of right now, Ra’s is #1 on the suspect list for who killed her, and if he accuses him of the crime, we definitely imagine there being trouble. Nyssa seems displeased, and Ra’s is known for killing, killing, and then doing even more killing.

Also, great news for all of you John Barrowman supporters: It appears as though we’re going to have more Malcolm Merlyn in here, as well? What’s not to like about that? This episode has been many weeks in the making, so let’s just hope that this meeting between the two characters is really worth the wait.
