‘The Last Ship’ season 2 spoilers: Recent ‘Sons of Anarchy’ guest Inbar Lavi signs up

While we’ve known for a while that “The Last Ship” has been in production over on TNT, the series has done a pretty good job keeping a lid on most of their storyline.

Well, we can at least tell you a few more details now in regards to some of the latest people signing up to be a part of the experience. Per a new report now coming in from Deadline, actress Inbar Lavi, who you probably know right now as Winsome from “Sons of Anarchy,” is going to be recurring this season as Ravit Bivas, a smart, capable Israeli soldier who can potential excel at undercover missions. Is she ends up on the side of Chandler (Eric Dane), who knows? She could end up becoming a valuable asset.

The Michael Bay-produced show seems on paper to be a very attractive destination for guest stars, given that it is different than anything else on the air at the moment, and to go along with that, it also has the pleasant distinction of being an extremely popular show. It got off to a tremendous start this summer on TNT, and even if it loses viewers going into season 2 (most shows do these days), it will still be in a very good position.

You may also know Lavi from “Underemployed” and “Gang Related,” and she even has a tie to the cable network from early in her career, having appeared in an episode of the TNT smash hit “The Closer.”
