‘The Flash’ spoilers: Kelly Frye teases Plastique, and a certain crush…

Tomorrow, there is another new episode of “The Flash” airing on The CW, and it’s one featuring one of the most memorable DC guest-stars we’ve had to date in Plastique. We suppose you can debate between this one and Captain Cold as the most important of the group, but the former is probably more notable now as the first female meta-human we’ve uncovered in Central City.

With all of this being said, one of the larger surprises is that love, or at least lust, could be in the air during this hour. Kelly Frye is playing the woman otherwise known as Bette Sans Souci, and speaking to TVLine in preparation for this big guest appearance, she teased that there is a fun story involving her and none other than STAR Labs tech wizard Cisco, who probably needs a win after that whole Cold Gun fiasco:

“There may be a little something between Cisco and me … [Cisco naming Bette Plastique is] a really cute part of the episode.”

What is very interesting is that Cisco has become in many way the de-facto naming guy on the show, regardless of who we’re talking about here. Still, we’re glad that he has this opportunity, given that there are not many other chances he has for romance. Look at it this way: Caitlin’s story is tied mostly to Firestorm, Barry has Iris West, and Iris also has Eddie Thawne. Most of the other younger characters are already either spoken for in their relationship status, or where their emotions lie mentally.

Now, we just have to wonder whether or not Plastique is going to be fighting for the good guys forever … after all, she is a villain within the comic-book world.
