‘The X Factor’ UK notes: On Jake Quickenden, Stevi Ritchie, Jack Walton, and Chloe Jasmine

Before we turn to the big results show for “The X Factor” UK airing tonight, we have a few more stories to share … and they begin with our own personal assessment of tonight’s odds.

Based on what we heard last night, Jake Quickenden is the consensus pick to leave the competition. He performed first on the night (never good), and the packages on the show make him look like he’s just as interested with showing his abs as he is singing. He’s also struggled vocally for three straight weeks, and that is never a great thing.

Also, we would say that Stevi Ritchie could be in danger yet again, and to add to that, we would not be shocked if Jack Walton is surprisingly in danger after mixed reviews for “Eye of the Tiger.”

Also – We just want to touch on some of the HILARIOUS rumors out there that Stevi is in some illicit relationship with recently-booted contestant Chloe Jasmine, given that it should be obvious that this is 120% true.

The only reason this ever became a topic of conversation is because some of the guys were joking about the two being an items weeks ago. Stevi is just a guy who loves to have fun, hence his dancing about the stage and frequent smiles. This seems about as true as the rumors that he was sneaking off with some of the background dancers on the show last week. Somehow, jokes about him being a ladies’ man has turned him in the eyes of the press into an actual ladies man.
