‘Witches of East End’ season 2, episode 11 preview: The next move in ‘Poe Way Out’

Obviously, this “Witches of East End” article contains spoilers from tonight’s episode, so you’ve been warned. Stop reading now if you haven’t watched just yet!

Well, how about a turnaround? We had a feeling that Ingrid and Freya were going to be brought back in some way after what happened on Lifetime last week, but not exactly in the way in which they were. Basically, they’ve now put themselves in a position where they have to put their best put forward to destroy Nikolaus, and that includes going on a rip through time in order to make things happen.

This next episode is entitled “Poe Way Out” (which we love as someone who generally appreciates puns), and if you want to get some more scoop now, just take a look at the official synopsis:

Joanna, Freya and Wendy travel back in time to revisit one of their past lives in order to retrieve a powerful but dangerous weapon that may be the only way to destroy Nikolaus for good. Back in East End, Nikolaus is preparing for a battle and also has an unsuspecting Ingrid on his side. Meanwhile, Dash discovers the true identity of his one night stand, and Killian attempts to break his and Freya’s tragic cycle.”

If we’re being honest, we have a hard time seeing that this battle will be completely resolved at all during this episode. After all, there are still two more installments that are coming on after this one in “Box to the Future” (another pun!) and “The Gathering,” which, if you put “magic” before it, really would be perfect.
