‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Zach’s nomination speech and entertainment gold
We don’t care what anyone says, and we don’t even care that he’s not a very good player when the dust settles: We absolutely love Zach in the “Big Brother 16” house.
The guy, as Head of Household, is pure comedy gold. He basically decided to spend most of the night sporting his HoH robe and a Florida State hat, and he added to the ensemble today by making a necklace of a magnet from the kitchen and a piece of floss. Then, he made a nomination speech putting Nicole and Christine on the block, calling the former a “Froot Loop dingus” while also comparing Christine to Jenn City from season 14.
The problem with all of this is that it could lead to him getting backdoored as soon as this week. If Frankie really wants to pull the wool over his eyes, he could orchestrate it so that he stays Head of Household, and sends him home after the Power of Veto Competition. Do we really think that this is going to happen? Not really. Zach and Caleb combined are the best shields for Frankie ever. Nobody will target him so long as these two are still in the house.
Now, the question that we ponder is this: Is Zach being smart by throwing Christine under the bus? He told Nicole not to trust her, and that is what Christine is really mad about? The one thing that we will say is that it may be good to have some people suspicious of Christine given that she does have a hand in every cookie jar in the game. The problem is just that she also has plenty of influence, and Zach really has little at this point.
The Battle of the Block later is going to be huge, mostly because we feel like everyone is going to go 120% into figuring out how to do it. Zach wants to rile Nicole up more to ensure that she loses it and bombs in the challenge, but Derrick is advising him against that.
