‘Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi’s Wedding’ preview: The finale for Kandi Burruss

On Sunday night, the big day is going to be here for Kandi Burruss on her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” special: She’s finally getting married to Todd Tucker! We know this because of the headlines in real life; however, you would not really know anything just by watching the sneak-peek video below for the episode.

This instead tries its hardest to hype up every bit of drama that you have seen on the show over the past several weeks, mostly revolving around Momma Joyce. She is the one who, like a broken record, has drilled it time and time again that Todd doesn’t really want to be with Kandi and is more interested in money. The preview then tries to give some corroboration that this may actually be true courtesy of the fact that Todd does not seem altogether interested in the prenuptial agreement. Finally, you have the slight indication that Joyce may actually object while at the wedding.

In the end, this is all just sensationalism of the craziest kind. Of course these two are getting married, and whatever issues there were in the prenup were worked out. Todd suggests in here that there is a problem that has nothing to do with money, and we have been given little reason to doubt him compared with how many reasons Joyce tries to give us.

Hopefully, most of this fighting and ridiculousness can be resolved within the first half of the episode or so, that way the entire second part of it can be sent with some celebrating and fun. We know that Bravo loves to stir the pot, but eventually it is nice to show people doing something else for a change.
