‘Fargo’ episode 9 preview: ‘A Fox, a Rabbit, and a Cabbage’
You have to love shows that really throw you down some pretty unusual paths, and “Fargo” has done that time and time again throughout this sensational season. The only sad part of this is that we’re not nearly at the end of the entire thing, and we’re wondering intensely just how this story is going to end.
While we have seen a number of characters come and go, we believe that the trifecta really at the center of things consists of the coward (Lester), the wannabe hero (Molly), and the villain (Malvo). They may be more complex than these simple archetypes, but they haven’t really deviated from them that much.
The quote in the title above happens to be the name of next week’s episode, but if you are looking for a whole lot of information right now, we unfortunately do not have a lot to give you save for the following:
“Lester has an unexpected encounter, Malvo changes course, and a new investigation leads Molly down a familiar path.”
We feel like we need a larger “Fargo” presence on the site moving forward, seeing that the slate has been as vacant here in some ways as a North Dakota winter. We obviously have a lot of ground to cover from the season so far, so we are definitely exciting to be really diving in there and discussing what has been a gem of a show (and admittedly one that is far better than we thought it would be going in).
