‘Criminal Minds’ season 9 spoilers: A finale with secrets, possible death
It has never been the way of “Criminal Minds” to go small when it comes to a season finale, so how in the world can you expect them to do something of the sort here? “Demons,” the second part of a two-story arc, is going to be the craziest episode of the season … so much so that it may eve blow out of the war the 200th episode that exposed the full past between JJ and Mateo Cruz. There are possible deaths, secrets, and of course villains around every corner.
Speaking of Cruz, you will see both him and also Michael Trucco (who appeared in “Angels,” the first part of this story) when this episode airs on May 14. In addition to that, take a look at the synopsis below for a few more hints about the twists and turns that are coming in this Texas investigation:
“The BAU continues its murder investigation in Texas, and clues uncover a deep web of corruption that could be the motive for the killings. Meanwhile, as one team member’s life hangs in the balance, another concerned BAU member must face a sad secret from the past, and Garcia is thrust into action to save a colleague.”
The idea of Garcia getting into the mix sounds super-entertaining, but we really just hope that this episode is something more than the typical “someone is about to die” story that has been played out a number of times already. Based on the fact that there was an early-season renewal for the show, you may as well assume that there will be a large cliffhanger at the very end of the story, just to keep things exciting.
