‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: Meet Oliver Lebackes

There are still a good chunk of episodes left on “Grey’s Anatomy” this season, and with that comes a mixture of both excitement and also mystery. While in one way we know a good bit about the new faces in Seattle Grace, we at the same time don’t know if April and Jackson are going to be together or not … and ironically, that is probably actually going to be the first few minutes of footage when the show comes back on ABC.

We’re not going to have an answer on that, mostly because the last thing that we want to do is sit here and ruin what has the potential to be one of the biggest surprises of the year. Instead, why not spend a minute or two talking about one of the other new arrivals to the hospital?

According to a report from E! News, this new character that we are going to meet a little later this season (think episode 18), is Dr. Oliver Lebackes. He’s in his forties, very self-assured when it comes to his job, and also extremely caring. There isn’t much else that is known about him for the time being, but we do wonder if he could be tied in some way to the other characters that we have come to know already at the hospital.

It’s easy to form all sorts of theories, but the reality here is that we’ll just have to wait and see how things unfold when “Grey’s Anatomy” returns to ABC on Thursday, February 27.
